פרופ' מנחם פיש הוא עמית מחקר במרכז קוגוד לחקר המחשבה היהודית ולהגות עכשווית במכון שלום הרטמן. הוא פרופסור מן המניין ומופקד הקתדרה להיסטוריה ופילוסופיה של המדע על שם יוסף וסיל מייזר, ראש ביה"ס לפילוסופיה, וראש המרכז ללימודים דתיים ובין-דתיים באוניברסיטת תל-אביב.
בעבר כיהן פיש כנשיא האגודה הישראלית להיסטוריה ופילוסופיה של המדע, וכיושב ראש הועדה להיסטוריה ופילוסופיה של המדע באקדמיה הישראלית למדעים. הוא כיהן גם כמנהל הכנס התיאולוגי השנתי של מכון הרטמן.
פיש הוזמן לשמש כעמית מחקר ב-Queen’s College באוקספורד, ב-Trinity College, בקיימברידג', במכון ללימודים מתקדמים של ברלין, במכון דיבנר ב-MIT, במכון ללימודים מתקדמים בפרינסטון, בקולגיום בודפשט, ובמכון ללימודים מתקדמים במדעי הרוח באונ' פרנקפורט.
